TOPIC, Tolosa International Puppet Centre, opened in 2009, is the only centre in Europe dedicated entirely to puppetry. Its 3,600 m2 house the permanent exhibition, temporary exhibitions, the documentation centre, a theatre with a capacity for 250 spectators, production, rehearsal and assembly rooms for the use of puppet companies, and workshops for courses for schools and families.

TOPIC has a magnificent collection of more than 2,800 puppets from various countries and different manipulation techniques.

Also, it organises annually the international festival of puppets of Tolosa, TITIRIJAI, that has become a reference for the professionals of the art of the puppets.

TOPIC is an accessible space for all those who share the objectives of development, promotion and improvement of the art of puppetry, in its widest sense, from tradition to the avant-garde.
