Evening dress in black silk taffeta.
Longer at the back than the front and cut at waistline. The bodice has a strapless neckline and is reinforced with boning. Lined with rayon gros de Naples. The outside is decorated with vertical draping, secured at the centre of the bust with ribbon and bow aplpliqués. The skirt is very gathered and puffed, made of nylon tulle ans gros de Naples petticoat reinforced with metal hoops. The frilly petticoat has two Chantilly-type, machine-made lace frills at the bottom. Both frills have a black nylon ribbon. The dress fastens on the left side with a zip.
